These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of zerobugsproserv.com(the “Site”), operated by Zero Bugs Pro Serv (“Zero Bugs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who may use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Site and request services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

The Site and our services

The Site provides information about our professional pest control services and lets you request a quote or contact us. Submitting a request does not create a service contract or guarantee that service will be provided. Any services we provide are subject to a separate agreement, estimate, or service plan that we provide to you, and to scheduling and availability.

No guarantee of results

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Pest control outcomes depend on many factors, including the property, pest type, level of activity, environmental conditions, and the service plan chosen, and results vary. Nothing on the Site is a warranty or guarantee of any particular result, and nothing on the Site is medical advice.

Your submissions and communications

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. By submitting your contact details, you authorize us to contact you about your request as described in our Privacy Policy, including by phone, text message, and email.

Text messaging program (SMS)

Program. Zero Bugs Pro Serv sends account and service-related text (SMS) messages to the mobile number you provide, including through automated technology. These messages include responses to your quote or inquiry, appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders before your service, follow-up messages after your service, and customer-care messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

For help, reply HELP to any message or call 888-350-4884. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message; you will receive one confirmation and no further texts.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile information and your opt-in consent are not shared or sold to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — are owned by or licensed to Zero Bugs and are protected by intellectual property laws. “Zero Bugs” and related names, logos, and marks are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Submit false, misleading, or another person’s information without authorization
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
  • Use automated means to access, scrape, or collect data from the Site without our permission

Disclaimer of warranties

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zero Bugs and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zero Bugs and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
